We Offer Refunds only if any damage has occurred during the transit

Each item is examined and packed with utmost care before shipment. Therefore chances of receiving a damaged food product are very less. Any rare cases where damage has occurred during the shipment transit, we will be more than happy to offer you a refund, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Get in touch with us with a photo proof at contact@chetinadufoodfactory.com within 12 hours of receiving the parcel; otherwise such cases won’t be entertained.

You may return your item in the condition as received within 5 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping). Please note that the return shipment rates will have to be borne by the customer. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 days after we receive the shipment in good condition. No exchange or repair of products. Only refund will be provided.

***If the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address and there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient, refund will be minus the shipping charges. Customer will have to pay for our forward and return shipping loss in those cases.
We will not process returns, cancellations or refunds for the following:
-Customers simply change their minds after buying the goods.
-Reasons like product is big, heavy or long. We take all efforts to take clear pictures and mention product details.
